Please use the front door and enter the provided 4 digit code. Wait a couple seconds for the deadbolt to unlock before attempting to open the door. To lock the door close it tightly then press the lock button.

We allow a maximum of 2 pets of up to 25 lbs for an additional fee. For stays of less than a month the fee is $25 per night per pet or a maximum of $100 per stay per pet. Monthly pet fee is $100 per pet. Pets should not go on the furniture. You will still be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning.

No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside and there is an ashtray provided. Please keep all doors and windows closed to make sure the smoke doesn't get in. We have remote smoke detectors which will notify the host if smoke is detected inside the house.

I'm a Software Engineer who likes to travel, see new places and make new friends. I'm originally from the northeast side of Bulgaria close by the Black Sea. Throughout my childhood I've practically lived on the beach and met many people from various countries.
